Newby here!

Hello, my name is Charlene and I am new t this. And I am actually new to being a stay at home mommy. I just recently quit my fulltime job, and am now only working partime. Its so weird being able to be at home, but I wouldnt havent any other way. I love it!!!! I wanted to know, if any of you mommys get together and have play dates with your kiddos, I have a 2 year old that loves to go to the park, or just ride his power wheels.

Also, does anyone know how to promote their own business online, i bill privately for a Physician, and I would now like to expand in this feild, since its been about 9 years now. If anyone could help me with this, it would be great, thank you so much!
